Peel Plaza land for sale

A sign is up offering the land and small building between the Saint John Art Centre and the Police Station for sale. 

This property (at the corner of Carleton Street and Peel Plaza) is zoned Uptown Commercial.

I am pleased that the idea of putting panels in bold colours on the Peel Plaza Parking garage was pursued. I still question the wisdom of developing Peel Plaza, but at least it’s not a boring beige concrete structure.
