Signs

Visual pollution season has arrived - an election is upcoming and candidates want you to see their names.

I am to know whose property the sings are going on (not the signs on lawns, but the big ones on corners). I am curious if this is primarily city and provincial land, or if people are putting these on private land and hoping not to have their signs removed. Anyone who knows or has a guess is invited to comment.
