Union Street closed

There was an interesting article on the CBC website about the Union Street closure.  As a uptown resident and worker who on occasion has to drive to client meetings, this closure has been a little annoying. The CBC reports that this work is far most disturbing for Union Street businesses including Vito’s. 

I was encouraged to read that while the City’s contractors are a little slow on getting the work done they are doing a good job at communicating with stakeholders to make sure that they are in the know. Open, honest dialogue is always a great policy.
