US Foreclosure Map
I am looking at map posted on Richard Florida's blog illustrating the prevalence of foreclosures across the USA. I notice that a few states, including Maine, Wyoming, North Dakota, Mississippi and Alabama seem to have low concentrations of foreclosures. I wonder if this is because the economies of these states were never "booming" and fewer citizens were tempting to take on mortgages that they couldn't handle.
I hope to see some Canadian break downs similar to this in the future. I wonder if the poorer provinces (including NB) will fair the best.
