The McMillan

A heritage building on Prince William Street is being sold as residential condos by a local real estate agent.  The project, The McMillan, is described on their website at: http://themcmillan.ca/

While there have been other condo conversions in the uptown area, I think this will be the first in the central business core.  It will be interesting to watch how the sales go.
