Rocca begins

I saw online today that there is a crane on the Water Street site that John Rocca is planning to develop. I think I may see the top of the crane from a window in my office. I'm not sure what the crane means yet, but it is likely good news.

I wonder if anything is happening next door to the site; it would be good if someone invested in fixing up the property that will be neighbor to these new condos.
