Saint John Arts Centre Flag

The Saint John Arts Centre is a lot more visible these days. With the YMCA gone, and the local newspaper's obsessing over the neighbourhood the Arts Centre shares with the future justice complex and police station the Carnegie Building is in view of a lot of people.

This is why I find it disturbing that the flags in front of the building are maintained so poorly: the distinguished building that is meant to celebrate culture is flying an upside down maple leaf.
