Rocca gets approval

According to the Telegraph Journal , John Rocca has been granted zoning approval for his project that will be 4 and 6 storeys on Prince William Street.

From my understanding of the project (based on hearsay and speculation) this would mean the project will be around 8 or 9 storeys at its highpoint when looking from Water Street.
