Empire Room – April 22, 2009

I posted a few weeks back about the Empire Room – an organic restaurant set to open soon.  I got a chance to look in the window today and see that there is still work to be completed.

I’ve heard some skeptics suggest that the organic concept might not be profitable due to higher costs.  I’ve also read a comment about contractor troubles.

I hope that the restaurant opens and succeeds, as this will help enhance the commercial makeup of Princess Street.
