Chipman Hill Suites – April 22, 2009
I should get into the scaffolding business – Chipman Hill Suites at the corner of Chipman Hill and Union Street is one of the latest uptown structures with scaffolds supporting work. The exterior repair and renovation work around town is plentiful and its not even summer yet.

and expensive! The work done behind scaffolding on heritage buildings is detailed and costly and is evidence that property owners are valuing their buildings more than they have in decades and are demonstrating it with these investments. Great news for Saint John!
