Tourist dollars go to unexpected places

Today at the Church of St. Andrew St. David I heard that there have been days when cruise ship visitors donate over a hundred dollars to the church collectively. The church puts on tours of the historic building which has housed various congregations over the years and has some artifacts from before the Great Fire.

Lesson learned, it is not just the tour companies and sellers of wares and food stuffs that benefit financially from visiting cruise ships.
