Lights on the bridge

I recall reading a while back on an internet forum that people thought Harbour Brdge could be a nice pallet for a light show. The attached photo is one I took five years ago in Ottawa that demonstrats what these sort of light shows can look like.

While such a show may not be a permanent fixture, we could do these sort of displays during or instead of fireworks show. With Harbour Passage weaving under the bridge, it's becoming a more people friendly place, and this could be a unique opportunity.
