Waterfront condos to be ready for end of summer
I’ve been trying to use the “waterfront development” tag in posts less often. It’s by far the most used tag on this blog, and I’d rather have a balance of topic. But cool things keep happening on the waterfront.
Today’s TJ had an article about the Rocca condo project on Water Street. The development is going to improve the city skyline in my opinion. Plus it will be great to have more neighbours living in the central part of the city. These neighbours can now look forward to their new homes being ready by the end of the summer according to the article.
While hoping for good weather is pretty futile, I wish the developer luck against the elements, as poor weather is reportedly a big challenge for this and other projects this year.

by the way love how u post blogs its good to now whats going on in the citey with out haveing to ask a bounch of people ! :) and he is right make saint john sky line look better and biger same with all the new buldings be put up town and when the coast gard part get build up ! be nice its good we have a city thast wants to start do things ! keep up the good work and the bloging ! :D
