Development between Sandy Point Road and Kennebecasis Drive back on track

The TJ reported today about a developer looking to create a high end subdivision across the Street from Rockwood Park on Sandy Point Road.  The developer told the TJ that the decision to move forward was made in light of the city’s decision to not allow for high density development on the periphery of Rockwood Park.
