Saint John YouTube Channel

I don’t think I’ve come across this before, but the City of Saint John has a YouTube Channel. 

One of the most watched videos on the channel is a year old and shows one model for accommodating a Tunnel into Peel Plaza near the Arts Centre.  Here’s that video:

This could be the design that fell out of favour, due to the project team’s concern that garbage and undesirables might collect in the low area between the street and Art Centre.
