Rothesay man wants to preserve green space

Nick Gresh – a young guy from Rothesay – is trying to stop development at Spyglass Hill in his hometown.  He tried to convince the Town to play ball, and block intense development with the municipal plan. 

Now Rothesay is pushing forward with steps that would facilitate turning this large area of green space into tax generating housing.

According to the Telegraph Journal Mr. Gresh is trying a new tactic.  Gresh is hoping to get a group and money together to buy up this land and keep development at bay.
