Updated Propertize

The Propertize tool (http://shawn.sytes.net/propertize/Default.aspx) by Saint John Shawn that I posted about last week has been updated.

The online tool lets you search for the assessment, tax and recent sale prices (based on provincial records starting on January 1, 2009) by street name. The tool is a good way to check out how the prices and assessments in your neighbourhood compare to your property.
