Tannery Court: new information from developer

The Telegraph Journal published two articles with information from the proponents of the Tannery Court Development proposed for 185 Carmarthen St. The articles are at http://telegraphjournal.canadaeast.com/city/article/481710 and http://telegraphjournal.canadaeast.com/city/article/481708.

The articles present some information that is different from the details that had been floating around previously. One article suggested that the majority of tenants at Tannery Court will be folks with disabilities or health conditions. Also the paper says that the low income threshold is set at less than $20,000, not the $10,000 maximum income that has been discussed by concerned neighbours.
