Second refinery: will it happen

The Telegraph Journal's business section recently has an article with a few analysts suggesting that, if financing can be found, the second refinery could still be a good investment for Irving Oil. There are some who doubt the current market for refined fuel could support such an investment, but Saint Johners are still anxious to know if the energy hub developments will continue going strong over the next few decades.
