Former of King of Donair

It appears that the former of King of Donair (the southwest corner of CenterBeam Place), looks like it is being prepared to be an office.

Perhaps another location - in a bit less upscale building - will be home to a pizza by the slice restaurant. The city's night life needs a pizza by the slice take out, and hopefully one shows up soon.
