East side housing

The Benefit Blueprint outlines many of the challenges the Saint John area faces with the upcoming (and existing) economic boom caused by Energy Sector development. One of the challenges that is identified is the need for housing for new workers moving into the city. A townhouse development with 350 homes is being developed on the east side and could meet much of the need. On Old Black River Road, the new subdivision will have homes with price tags as low as $159,900.
