Christian Science Monitor on Saint John's energy hub

There is a balanced article in the Christian Science Monitor about the energy developments in Saint John.
The article has quotes by those who support the developments in the Saint John area, including Jack Keir (Provincial Energy Minister) and Tim Curry (President of the Atlantic Centre for Energy).
There are also quotes from those who see some downsides to some of the polluting industry involved: Gordon Dalzell (Saint John Citizen's Coalition for Clean Air) and local NDP politician and economist Rob Moir.
Mayor Ivan Court spoke to the importance of preventing a boom-bust cycle. Also, there is a brief discussion with Michelle Foss, a University of Texas economist, about the regulatory environment that allows these projects to proceed more easily in Canada.
The article is worth a read, especially for those who are willing to consider both the ups and downs of the energy hub.
