Alternative Energy: How to heat and cool city buildings for less

An article in the Telegraph Journal today talked of a feasibility study being conducted regarding capturing heat from city air conditioners and cold from the harbour. The study will look at how to cut the city's cooling and heating costs by using harbour water to cool buildings, and residual heat from mechanical systems to heat them. Potential savings are being considered for Market Square, the Aquatic Centre, the new police station and Justice building and Harbour Station.
