Dragon boats in Kennebecasis River this Saturday

I was biking in the valley this evening and heard the distinct sound of a dragon boat drummer coming from the Kennebecasis River. The Saint John Dragon Boat Festival is happening Saturday at Renforth in Rothesay.

I should have snapped a picture of the team practicing this evening, but the light was fading quick and I was trying to make my destination before dark.
