"Unburdened" apartment living

I'm not sure if it would work in a cold climate such as ours, but I read on the Consumerist about an apartment community in Tampa, Florida that is going clothing optional. The complex, called Eden, is allowing those who don't want in on the naked lifestyle to break their leases penalty free.

I'm not sure if their was condo-ownership before the switch to clothing optional, but it would be very interesting to see how more modest owners would react.
