Irving on the waterfront

According to Country 94 News today, and some rumours floating around online, Irving Oil is proposing to build a new headquarters at Long Wharf. This will involve a land swap with the port and possibly long term leases.

The project could greatly transform the waterfront skyline and could also make the Saint John Port Authority a major real estate player like some big city ports (in relative terms of course).
