Is that large structure the smelting plant I have been hearing about? From what I hear and it might not be true but some residents of that area are a little upset by the sale of that land for commercial use.
I use to live in Drury Cove when i was a kid. Its a shame they are developing it now, some of the fondest memories i have are from there. I lived on the hill that over looks the rest of the cove from the south side.
Its not a shame it is being developed, it is beautiful and lets everyone in the city enjoy the beauty within their limits. The land was alway designated as commercial use, the residence are all very aware of this before they build or by. please get your facts staight anonymous 2008 before you comment. i live here and love it. when i bought my land i was told about everything. you are making up this story.....

The property is listed for rent at: http://www.prop2go.com/ViewCommercial.aspx?id=1276
The Realtor might offer more details as to what tenants are lined up.
Thanks for the reply. I will continue to look around.
PS - Your blog is a great source for SJ. Keep up the great work!
