Condo information

I have been reading a bit about condominiums lately, as I'm considering whether or not to pursue purchasing a condo in the new Three Sisters development. I saw this article on MSN and was interested to read that places like Winnipeg and Edmonton have relatively cheap condos in Canadian terms. There was no east coast indication, but it would be interesting to compare once the proposed condo projects start selling in Saint John. The article also talks about maintenance fees and upgrades that are considered wise investments (for resale purposes).
