Waterfront development

I went to a presentation and focus group regarding the Rocca project. I was impressed with the integration of public space and park land in the project. I also liked the diversity of unit types (six distinct designs) that will go a long way in attracting a diversity of owners.

I'm excited about the project. It seems like a real gem for the waterfront.

If the boom that is predicted does happen, I expect this and other condo projects will make for some interesting developments.
