The Justice Complex and Saint John Police Headquarters are going to spruce up part of uptown that has not seen a lot of development in recent years.

By moving these government and municipal services into new buildings the province and city will be able to create tailor made space that meets their needs and creates efficient use of space.

It will be good to see the parking lots and older buildings being replace by new quality construction. Neighbouring developments might soon follow.

These developments will also open up a lot of space in the current city hall and some other good office buildings in the city. By opening up this kind of office space businesses in and around town might be able to move uptown and take advantage of being in the heart of the city’s business district.
