According to CHSJ news, there are 166 more lots approvd for the Millidgeville area of Saint John. A developer's plan to create 166 single family lots in this affluent area was approved by the city this week. Housing starts are slowing across Canad, but the Saint John economy seems to on the move and could very well absorb these units.
