Queen Square Upgrades

In August the City put out a request for tenders to complete upgrades to Queen Square.  The upgrades appear to include additional lighting, new curbing, upgrades to stairs and garbage collection and in the northwestern corner (section of drawing shown below) the installation of a bike parking area and chess tables.
