222 Water Street
The property at 222 Water Street has been empty for several years. But it appears well located to take advantage of some of the most recent developments on Saint John’s waterfront, being directly adjacent the Three Sisters Condos and across the street from the new cruise terminal.

I think their ideas are worth checking out and meld the historic brick building with newer style design very well.

The problem with 222 Market Street is that the building is condemned. It would be prohibitively expensive to renovate it to be able to utilize the building to its full extent. The Three Sisters development couldn't use driven piles for foundations because the vibrations would've caused 222 Water to collapse.
