Harbourfront Residences: Phase II in the works

When I talk by the Harbourfront Residences at Three Sisters, it seems that the current construction takes up a significant portion of the site.  I was wondering if the project was redesigned and the second tower was off the table.

According to a Telegraph Journal article, developer John Rocca is still planning on a phase two.
