East Side retail development (Cobalt Properties)

Until recently I thought of Cobalt Properties as a part of Irving Oil that was just responsible for Irving’s branded real estate (i.e. gas stations).  It turns out Cobalt Properties does a lot more than that.

Cobalt is behind the development of new retail space on the corner of Westmorland Road and McAllister Drive.  Here’s a site plan from their website:

According to the Cobalt site and the plan, there are still retail spaces available in the development.  The site also confirms that St. Hubert is to open by the end of this year or early 2012.
