Underground parking

I know that Peel Plaza’s parking garage will not be an underground structure on all sides, with the Sewell Street wall being above ground.

Still, those folks that have been giddily backing this garage ought to read Andrew Clark’s Globe and Mail commentary which relentlessly criticizes underground garages, with statements including “…underground parking garages are among the most reviled places on earth…”
