TJ suggests community consultation on outreach location

In today’s editorial Avoid 'the not in my backyard' syndrome the Telegraph Journal editorial mind suggests that the City should engage citizens to make sure that the future location of Outflow Ministry (a service organization that aims to help those living with poverty).

This consultative approach should guide many planning issues in the city – particularly when variances or rezoning is needed. 

Until we have a complete updated municipal plan, the City should be careful to meet community needs and future planning priorities when moving projects forward.
