Peel Plaza sod turning Friday

I’ll be out of town so I won’t be able to get photos of grinning politicians and bureaucrats, but for those of you interested, the official sod turning for Peel Plaza is on Friday (August 20) at 12:15. 

I’m sure there’s a joke somewhere in the fact that they will be digging a hole with much pomp and circumstance to commemorate the start of this project.
