It is outside an heritage preservation area. Let's hope they don't destroy the building by putting in cheap windows, cheaply repointing bricks or doing thing incorrectly.
Hopefully the owners will consult heritage staff who can help even though the project is outside the heritage preservation areas.
Once you destroy built heritage, you can't get it back, and often the problem is ingnorance. People don't know what method or materials to use and they make mistakes, which could have been averted if they asked for some help.
