Rockwood Park and its neighbours
A TJ story about some rambunctious dogs living near Rockwood Park’s Golf Course reminds me of the challenges posed when public and private space are so close.
I wonder how this incident will impact the City’s decisions regarding development near the park’s border. I recall talk of “stewardship communities” being an advantage of developing the back-woods of the park. I think these dogs might take a bite out this argument.

Well I would assume it wouldn't take much bite out of the argument since what is being proposed are high end townhouses. What's there now are people who are pretty much hicks living in an undeveloped area.
I'm not that confident that the wealthy make better neighbours than the rest of us.
