Proposed Crescent Valley development
County 94 News has a brief story about the proposed changes in the Crescent Valley area. Here is their photo of the proposed site plan by ADI:
I find the proposed linking to Anglin Drive, and what appears to be further single family subdivision (north of baseball field) interesting.

How ironic... that it is AVIDE (of Tannery Court fame) who developed this plan that involved "community consultation" and a "mixed income" approach.
See when we give away public money with conditions they have to do what we ask (even groups like AVIDE).
