Fort Reliance/IOL Long Wharf HQ cancelled

CBC News has learned Irving Oil's parent company, Fort Reliance, has cancelled plans to build its new world HQ at Saint John's Long Wharf.
One has to wonder why they went ahead with their display at the Waterfront Development Open House a couple of weeks back.
Hopefully Hardman Group can get its Coast Guard development up and going, otherwise dreams of an expanded waterfront will be pretty well just that – dreaming.

I agree what was the point of participating in the openhouse? Kind of reminds me of the cancellation of the refinery.
