A few residential construction projects

I noticed a few construction projects today and wanted to post pics.  First up on the cliff near Fort Howe there are a few new townhouses taking advantage of the view:

Second, someone is building in the South End on Queen Street.  It’s always (or at least normally) a pleasant surprise to see people building in this old neighbourhood of mine.
