Incremental changes need to be respected, otherwise folks, myself included may end up being disappointed when the big shining things don’t happen.

With the Cultural Centre on Coburg, Saigon Noodle on the Corner and now an Asian market perhaps we are witnessing some big longer-term changes in the city. If our international communities can thrive, we can expect a more diverse culture and economy.
