Justice Complex must be starting soon

Recent media reports have quoted Provincial officials as saying that the construction of the Justice Complex proposed for the old YMCA site will be starting this winter.

While the date is yet to be pinpointed, one nearby landlord is moving rental parking starting February 1, to make way for the Justice Complex construction equipment.

I haven’t been able to read the tea leaves well enough to determine when Peel Plaza will start.
