Saint John Waterfront Development’s new leadership

The Telegraph Journal published a profile of the Saint John Waterfront Development Partnership’s new general manager. 

Kent MacIntyre sees population density as important to waterfront and uptown growth.  With more and more people and planners in Saint John holding this belief hopefully we can see policies and development that bring more people into the city core.
