Affordable housing approved in Sussex

The TJ reports today that a 24 unit affordable housing community has been approved by the Town of Sussex.  The development will be made up of four 6 unit buildings on a cul-de-sac.

The Telegraph Journal reports that timing is important, due to the developer competing for Provincial funding.
