Tannery Court construction is proceeding, with fence posts now in the ground.
Across the street artist Nate Guimond is adding further detail to his mural on the side of the Vineyard Church.

I love this mural. I've been watching it go up as it's on my walk home, and it adds a great deal to a very dreary spot.
