Red roof on Chateau Saint John

Just north of the throughway, east of Somerset Street, there is now a pretty distinctive structure.  The Chateau Saint John, one of Saint John’s new generation of hotels is now topped by its pointed red roof. 

A sister hotel in Moncton boasts the same style cap – making the building less than unique on the grand scale, but in Saint John, this building is certainly one of a kind.
