BMO Film Pix
I attended Che: Part One last night at the Empire Theatres Studio 10. The movie was shown as part of the BMO Nesbitt Burns Film Pix series. This was the last movie of the season (with films played on the first Tuesday of each month since the Fall).
Had I been more on the ball I would have attended some of the earlier films, which included Vicky Cristina Barcelona and Waltz with Bashir.
Stayed tuned for next season. The profits from the series go to support film scholarships.

I'm not sure you missed much with "Vicky Cristina Barcelona".
I'm a Woody Allen fan. Haven't seen this yet. Is it a bad Woody Allen movie, or merely a Woody Allen movie?
I'm generally not a Woody Allen fan and found it horrible. I'd be tempted to write that off as me just not liking WA, but I went with someone who owns almost every Woody Allen film and who adores Allen's work; he found painfully bad.
